Unless a different policy is stated at the time of booking, CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Deposits may be forfeited, and cancellation fees or no-show fees may apply, where a client:
- cancels late;
- fails to attend;
- arrives materially late and the appointment cannot reasonably proceed in full; or

If a client arrives late, Radi8 You may shorten the service, reschedule the appointment, or treat the booking as a no-show where necessary to protect scheduling for other clients. Radi8 You may cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider illness, equipment issues, safety concerns, force majeure events, or other operational reasons.
Consultations and informed consent
Many services require an initial consultation before treatment. During consultation, Radi8 You may request information about medical history, medications, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, recent sun exposure, prior procedures, implants, active skin conditions, and other matters relevant to treatment safety.
The client must provide accurate, current, and complete information and must promptly update Radi8 You if circumstances change. Where informed consent documentation, patch testing, treatment instructions, or post-care instructions are required, the client must review and sign or otherwise accept them before treatment proceeds.
Radi8 You may decline to treat a client who does not provide requested information, does not sign required consent forms, or presents with contraindications or safety concerns.
Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices for services, products, memberships, packages, prepaid treatments, consultations, gift cards, and promotional offers are as displayed on the website, booking platform, invoice, quote, point-of-sale system, or otherwise advised at the relevant time. By enrolling in a recurring plan, the client authorises Radi8 You and its payment processors to charge the nominated payment method for recurring amounts and any applicable overdue balances, failed payment recovery charges, or fees disclosed at sign-up. Unless prohibited by law, recurring plans continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
Radi8 You may suspend or terminate membership benefits for failed payments, misuse, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms.
Packages, prepaid treatments and gift cards
Packages, treatment series, prepaid balances, treatment credits, and gift cards must be used in accordance with the conditions disclosed at purchase. Refunds
